I say the Bobcats. They get better with each draft.
U R absolutely right.......................Isaiha Thomas will be rehire as coach for NY before one of these teams win.
T-Wolves. They have one of the most talented and yet under-rated teams in the league. Aside from their horrendous start, they have been playing good fundamental basketball and have beaten three top five teams. Al Jefferson, Ryan Gomes, and Rashard McCants can all be prolific scorers in the league. Give them a three to five years and they will be contending for a championship.
